NEW GLASSES MADE FOR YOU TODAY
I WILL DELIVER THEM TO YOUR DOOR
1. contact me. if you are an existing client I have your records, if you've never been before then hopefully you will have a copy of your latest prescription but if not I may still be able to help.
2. frame choice. I can repeat what you had before but there are ways whereby you can choose a different frame remotely and I will explain how this works when I speak to you.
for example, If you are reasonably local I will happily leave a selection of frames with you and collect later . Then I will return with the finished glasses.
3. all single vision glasses are made on the premises and this is not affected by the current situation. I will make your new glasses , jump in my car and deliver them to you. I'll post them to you for next day delivery if you've moved away.
4. more complicated glasses. if it's necessary for me to order your lenses from elsewhere I aim to be as quick as possible, I will keep you informed of the progress and deliver them ASAP.
5. should you need glasses today but it's going to take me 2 days or more to make them, I'll deliver you a temporary pair to tide you over whilst the others are in production.
6. I'd just like to point out that there is no extra charge for ordering glasses and having them delivered, quite the opposite actually. I will give every order a reduction and an especially big one to any of our wonderful NHS workers...
